Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We default ship all packages by USPS First Class.

Priority shipping is available, if you wish, at checkout as an option.

Any rushing an order or shipping (when available) must be ordered as an add on expense!

International shipping does not allow for Tracking, but most ship times are within 2-3 weeks.

Any ship to issues due to Customs Law or Import Law will result in an immediate refund unless other arrangements can be made.

Any packages lost after shipping is unfortunate, and we will do the best we can to find your package. This has only happened once, but thankfully the postal carrier was mindful and it was recovered.

Custom work can result in delays in shipping due to ...well... it takes time to make items by hand. All custom work will have Make Times in the description. Any further delays will be brought to the buyers attention at time of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to Exchange item damaged in the mail. Expensive items will have mandatory shipping insurance added (a minimal fee) included.

Refunds and Exchanges on Ready Made items are available with the return of the item within 30 days and IN THE CONDITION IT WAS PURCHASED. We are happy to work with Custom Made orders if there is any dissatisfaction upon receipt of the order to ensure satisfaction is had.

(Be sure of your sizing and details!!)

No one has ever been dissatisfied, but I know it will make you less nervous if you know there is a guarantee!
